50% off Guy and Gallard: If you're a fan of Guy and Gallard (of course "fan" is probably a strong word) you'll be interested in today's Scoop St. deal.  Get $10 worth of food from any of their locations, for just $5.

BOGO Macarons From Macaron Cafe… at the Hyatt?

I don’t know why it took us so long to check out this deal!  Remember The Market in the Grand Hyatt (on 42nd btw. Park+Lex)?  Well, every Wednesday they have a buy one get one free deal on boxes of macarons from 8am to 5pm.  Blondie finally made it over there today and re-discovered they’re from the Macaron Cafe… a box of 2 is $4.95 (fairly standard for macarons) and comes in four different flavor combinations (she tried the pumpkin & chestnut and the raspberry & dark chocolate).  Four macarons for $1.25 each?  That’s a deal we can get behind. You have until 5pm, or else you’ll have to wait until next Wednesday.

Half Price at Previti all Monday: It was one year ago today that Previti Pizza opens its doors (on 41st btw. Park+Lex) and according to our good friends at InBundles they'll be celebrating by selling all their food for half price, all day long.  (Too bad it isn't Thursday!)

Get 3 Free Tacos From Korilla via Tenka

If you’re willing to give it access to your Facebook account, and cell phone, there’s a new deal site on the scene.  It’s called Tenka and it works like this…  you give it access, it gives you free deals and coupons sent to your cell phone.  The only catch?  Getting the coupon doesn’t ensure you get the deal.  It only goes to a predetermined number of people who use the coupon first.  Sounds terrible, right?  Until we realized you could score 3 free tacos from the Korilla BBQ Truck– no money up front, no strings attached.   Not too many left though, so you’ll probably have to redeem the coupon today during lunch to score the deal (if it’s not gone already.)

Half Off Previti Pizza: If you missed out on the deal for Previti Pizza (on 41st btw. Park+Lex) back in October, they're giving you another chance. Get $10 worth of food at Previti for just $5.  And you can use it for their roast beef sandwich and $5.50 lunch special (although it's only good for take out and dine-in, no delivery.)

It’s BOGO Week at 4Food: To celebrate Thanksgiving 4Food (on Mad+40th) will be doing a buy one get one free meal deal Mon-Weds after 5pm, and 7am to 3pm on Thanksgiving for those of your poor souls that have to be in Midtown on Thurs. The only catch- your meal has to be over $8, and your friend has to be in store to claim their free meal valued at the same price or less. Can't be combined with any other offer.

50% off Out of Bounds Bibimbap: We've always been a bit skeptical about the out of bounds, slightly yuppified B-Bap (on 9th Ave. btw. 54+55th.)   But if you're a fan, or you've always been curious about their design your own Korean rice bowl concept, this coupon will get you $12 worth of bibimbap for just $6.

Get Two For One Yushi Katsu Again Today: Just a friendly reminder, yesterday's two for one katsu deal at Yushi is happening again today until 3pm. Naturally, the same fine print applies, and you have to print this out to score the deal.

BOGO Katsu Today and Tomorrow at Yushi

Yushi
Yushi (on 47th btw Park+Lex) is at it again, folks. When word came out about their new baked chicken katsu, it was the right news at the right time for me. I love katsu, it’s Japanese fried goodness, but sometimes I can’t afford to eat something so heavy that only ends in a food coma. My boss has been frowning on my food comas of late. I understand that baked katsu is a little wrong, a little disrespectful to the Katsu gods, but Yushi basks on the healthier side of life and they wanted to bring it on over. And since sharing is caring, Yushi is offering buy one, get one today and tomorrow!

I take the plunge, after the jump…

Gourmet 53 Celebrating 16 Year Anniversary Today With $3 Lunches

It’s that time of year again!  Today is Cowgirl Catering’s 16th Anniversary, so to celebrate they’re rolling back prices to 1994 levels at Gourmet 53- their take out cafeteria counter in the basement food court of 875 3rd Ave. (btw 52+53rd.)  Just like last year you’ll be able to get any of their lunches for just $3, there will be free passed hors d’oeuvres, and 10 lucky winners will get free lunch for a month.  Oh, and by free passed hors d’oeuvres we mean coconut shrimp!!!  Of course you’ll want to go early for that… last year they ran out of coconut shrimp by 1:30pm. The celebration freeloading begins at 11:30am and ends at 3pm.
