Free Korean Food Truck: The "Taste of Korea" Food Truck hits the streets today for the first of 5 weeks worth of free food giveaways from 9 different Korean restaurants to promote Korean food in NYC. Half Off Pizza by Cer Te: It seems a day doesn't go by that we don't hear someone questioning the online coupon trend. We've got no idea whether it's good for restaurants or not, but a deal is a deal and today, InBundles is offering a $12 credit at Pizza by Certe (on 56th btw. Park+Lex) for $6. That's good enough for us.

Bai Cha Closes Down: This has not been a good week for Midtown lunches... Nino's caught fire over the weekend, Frites N Meats exploded on Monday, Djerdan has closed their borek temple, and now this. Life With Food and Drink reports that Bai Cha, the South East Asian take out counter and market on 9th Ave., is now closed. I guess Chris H's banh mi reprieve was too little, too late.

No Kimchi Truck Bowls Today: Guess this wasn't the best day to write about the bowls at the Kimchi Truck. They're on 52nd, but due to technical difficulties they'll only have tacos and sides today.
