Cinnamon Snail Coming to Midtown Today: The Cinnamon Snail Truck had a big first day of the season in the Flatiron on Monday and they are due to hit Midtown East this morning for the first time since last year. Their plan is to park somewhere in the 40s off of Park Ave. from 9:00am until 3:00pm, but you'll want to check their twitter or ML Twitter Tracker for an exact location before heading out. Totto Ramen to Expand!: Great news from Zagat this morning... Totto Ramen (on 52nd btw. 8+9th) is going to be opening a second location in the West 50s.  The bad news?  It'll be closer to 10th Ave. than Midtown.  The good news?  Maybe it will at least make the original location a bit less packed.
