Or La Rosita!  Hell, even Toloache could have been on that list.  Where's the Midtown love, Eater?  UPDATE: What's that?  It's a list of NEW tacos?  Oh.  Neeeeevermind.  :-)

Food Trucks Turn to Catering and Corporate Gigs: Yesterday's WSJ Online had an interesting article about a side of the food truck business we're seeing more and more of these days: catering and corporate gigs.  Stats are thrown around, and there are plenty of great quotes from Sweetery, Wafels & Dinges, and more, but the gist is that food trucks are relying more and more on corporate gigs, catering, and marketing dollars to be profitable.
