Eater’s Taco Round Up Ignores Midtown: Yesterday Eater posted a list of the Top 12 tacos in New York City, and we couldn't help but notice the gaping hole in the middle of their map. So you don't like El Rey del Sabor? Fine. But no Tehuitzingo! Or La Rosita! Hell, even Toloache could have been on that list. Where's the Midtown love, Eater? UPDATE: What's that? Food Trucks Turn to Catering and Corporate Gigs: Yesterday's WSJ Online had an interesting article about a side of the food truck business we're seeing more and more of these days: catering and corporate gigs. Stats are thrown around, and there are plenty of great quotes from Sweetery, Wafels & Dinges, and more, but the gist is that food trucks are relying more and more on corporate gigs, catering, and marketing dollars to be profitable.

Gorilla Cheese Truck Owner Defends Their Prices: Don't know how we missed this one! Last week our man Brian Hoffman checked out the new Gorilla Cheese Truck, and reported that the sandwiches were tasty but a bit on the pricey side. You guys took the truck to task in the comments, and Fork in the Road got a response from the owner of the truck.
