Modern Marvels: Food Trucks: While checking out my Tivo last night, I was surprised and stoked to find that Monday's Modern Marvels was all about food trucks. Ever wonder how the trucks are engineered, constructed and then wrapped in those colorful stickers we've all learned to spot here in Midtown? The show includes all the nerdy details, plus a history lesson that goes back to chuck wagons! While I'm sure the show will repeat on History Channel or H2, you can also watch the full episode online.

BOGO Holiday Beverages at the ‘Bux: Starbucks fiends may have noticed the disgusting delicious holiday beverages debuting yesterday. Yay for caramel brulée lattes? To celebrate the coming holiday season, Starbucks is having "buy one, get one free" from 2-5pm starting tomorrow until Sunday when buying one of the holiday drinks. Free Lunch At City Sandwich Today: In honor of their new loyalty program, City Sandwich (on 9th Ave. btw. 45+46th) will be giving away free lunch today. Details are on the City Sandwich Facebook page, but apparently all you have to do is download the Level Up app for iPhone and Android, and swing by the store. Plus, they seem to have updated their menu. Freeloaders, prepare to engage!

Good News/Bad News From the Treats Truck: If you haven't gotten your copy of the Treats Truck Cook Book you can buy one here, and the good news is if you bring it by the truck Kim will not only sign it but she'll give you an extra cookie for free. The bad news is the Treats Truck got kicked off of 38th st. by the cops yesterday so they're not sure when the truck is going to be able to come back to Midtown.
