NYT Says Shack Will Open 11am on Monday
An article posted to the NYT’s Diner’s Journal says that the Shake Shack will indeed open on Monday at 11am! Interesting side note… they noticed a new sign in front of Schnipper’s Quality Kitchen touting the fact that they are not a chain (clearly a response to the Shack opening 3 blocks away.) Ironic coming from the guys who founded Hale & Hearty!
