O Bao Still Not Open
Despite reports that it might open yesterday, O Bao (the new Vietnamese noodle shop on 53rd btw. 2+3rd) is still not open. We’ll check again next Monday (since that’s the only day of the week the owners find lucky enough to open a restaurant on.)
