What the fuck has got on her head?…a waffle fry?

I had the fancy/schmanzy truffle burger at DB Bistro Moderne once when I used to work around the corner from the restaurant – the space is elegant and service top notch, but the burger itself was nothing special, especially considering it cost 5X more than a burger from GoodBurger, Burger Joint, Five Guys & 10X more than a Carnegie John offering.
