8th Ave. Gray’s Papaya Vows to Return: It looks like Manganaro's isn't the only sad news from Hell's Kitchen today. This morning Lunch'er Tiffany sent word that the Gray's Papaya on 8th Ave. and 37th Street has closed, and Eater has confirmed it. Thankfully "they plan to reopen soon in one of three possible new Midtown locations." We can only hope for the same from Manganaro's!

What to Eat at Penn Station: On Friday Robert Sietsema rounded up his 10 favorite things to eat inside Penn Station, and it's a surprisingly solid list for those who work near 7th Ave and 34th Street and like to eat cheap. The stuff we're most interested to try? Curried goat from Island Dine and the grandma slice from Rosa's Pizza.

New Knick Inspires Carnegie Deli: That didn't take long! Yesterday Gothamist reported that the Carnegie Deli has created a "Melo Sandwich", inspired by the newest member of the Knicks, Carmelo Anthony. For $21.95 you get "pastrami, corned beef, salami, bacon, tomato, and Russian dressing on rye." Just looking at the photo is making me very hungry and very afraid. (Hopefully this one will last longer than the Lebron sandwich.)

Mai Cuisine Now Delivers: Sushi and bento fans can now enjoy Mai Cuisine (on 41st btw. Mad+5th) without leaving the safety of their office. Mai delivers lunch from 11:30-4:30, and their delivery zone extends from York Ave. to 11th Ave. and 23rd St. to 59th St. I enjoyed Mai Cuisine when I tried it, even if the prices were a little steep.
