34th Street Pie Face Opening Means Free Food This Week
Pie Face‘s second location, which is on 34th+3rd, is celebrating their grand opening today. Fork in the Road has the details, but essentially this means various kinds of free food this week. Today, they are doing a mini pie giveaway at 12-2 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. (lunch and dinner). Tomorrow morning at 8-9 a.m., all coffee will be free. Lastly, on Friday savory pies are free for two hours starting at 1:30 a.m. East side freeloaders, engage!

I just ate the free mini pie they were giving away. I’m going to find some lunch now since the mini pie was at most two bites of food. Very tasty , but I probably wouldn’t pay $2.95 for it. I would need 5-6 of these to fill me up. There’s no reinvention of the wheel here, I’ve been eating this since I was a child. It’s called pot pie.
pie face is $6.40 for a small pie that is no where close to a full lunch.. would need 2 or 3 to be full..
