Food to Eat Officially Launches Today w/ Freebies
Last summer we told you about Food To Eat, the new website that allows you to order pick up or delivery from some of Midtown’s busiest lunch spots, including food trucks and street carts. Well apparently it’s been in beta all this time (who knew?) because today is their official launch date. And to celebrate the launch, 24 participating food trucks, carts, and restaurants will be offering a little bit extra to customers that order lunch through the service.

They should really fix their horribly buggy site – I ran a truck search for around my office and got no results, re-ran it and got some results with delivery selected, but upon registering (which forces postal address verification) it then said delivery wasn’t available. I then reran the search for delivery from trucks and got RESTAURANTS. Twice.
It gave me a fresh search result when I opened a new Chrome tab… but it then gave 0 truck results.
Someone needs to fire whoever QAed the site and signed off on it.
