Midtown Vendor Sues Over Planters
Remember plantergate? Well apparently it has happened again… and the vendor is taking the issue to court. According to the New York Daily News a halal vendor on 37th and 5th is suing the Grand Central Partnership for putting a bench and planters where he parked his cart. Nice! [via Gothamist]
