Schnitzel Lab Working on Chicken Fried Steak?
If you want something all you have to do is ask people! Earlier today Profiled Lunch’er “Patrick” had a request for the Schnitzel & Things Truck… and it looks like they were listening. This has the potential to be way better than the Schnitzel Down.

The chicken fried steak is going to be easy for the Schnitz truck guys. Pulling off the gravy is going to be the test.

Agreed! yay midtown lunch! I think the chicken fried steak will be easy for the schnitzel lab but the GRAVY thats going to be the real test!!!

I don’t think the schnitzel truck needs that, whatever it is they fry in is already pretty narcotic. In my dreams, it’s a thick filet mignon that’s still raw in the middle, topped with some ridiculously good gravy. Then you cut into it and the juices squirt out and mingle with the gravy…

Congrats, Patrick. I hope that they don’t half ass this one. CFS takes special skill. You need to have an extra thick and crispy crust to balance out that generous sea of gravy that goes over it. Do your research.
