@ Tom – As a general rule, if I actually notice the bread on a sandwich (in a good way), 9 times out of 10 it’s from Sullivan St. Bakery

“elsewhere in midtown…?” i figured david chang’s arrival would have already caused everyone to pack up and leave midtown already. ;)
That is one fine looking sandwich, not so much for the fillings, but for the airy, wonderful bread.
