Virgil’s (on 44th btw. B’way+6th) is having their annual “Ribstock” thing this afternoon. Free ribs will be handed out from 5:30 to 7:30pm [Zagat’s]

According to Zagat, free ribs start from 5:30pm to 7:30pm..
