Had a double and chicken biryani today. All I can say is WOW! The double was great and very spicy. I needed the biryani to calm my mounth down. I love this blog! Although I can see that I’m going to put on a lb. or two trying all of these suggestions . . .
I had my Trinidadian friend get polourie and doubles one day from her local shop. Both items are really good. They still tastied delicious even after being re-heated in the oven. Polourie with Tamarind chutney – can’t go wrong!
