Not So Fast With that Street Sushi
One of Eater’s roving photographers “discovered” the guy selling bentos and sushi over on 50th btw. 6+7th from the Washoku Cafe. (Apparently he was on 49th yesterday.) Eater (jokingly) suggests that struggling restauranteurs may want to try this expansion strategy, though they might want to read this before proceeding.

I actually went to Washoku today, and I don’t know if it was the rain or what, but it was pretty dead at 12:20! I’m still new to sushi, so I may not be a judge of what’s good, but it was worth it to me!
ML on the pulse of street meat… and sushi…. and random doughnuts he finds tossed on the street….
