Carribean Spice Cart Returns

From the ML Inbox: “CS is back, at least it has been west of Biryani cart (on 46th btw. 6+7th) for the past few days, maybe more.” And just in time to take advantage of the Jamaican Dutchy being on vacation! I guess they got their permits sorted out… anybody eaten from the cart this week?

    Alsa, I went to the Caribbean Spice cart today, and they had neither patties nor Coco Bread. Very disappointing.
