Schnitzel, Sweets & Free Toppings: Let's take a look at the old ML Twitter Tracker, shall we?  Schnitzel & Things is on 54th today, Street Sweets is on 50th, the Dutchy is on 51st, Wafels and Dinges is on 8th btw. 56+57th, and Matsui hit a HR last night so Go Go Curry will be giving out free topping coupons.

Bagel Sandwich & Free Coffee Alert: Schnipper's Quality Kitchen (on 8th Ave. & 41st) started serving breakfast this week (from 7-10:30am) and Always Hungry has a look at their new lox and eggs sandwich on an H&H Bagel.  It's only $7, and we kind of wish it was available for lunch! Also of note, they're giving away free coffee with the purchase of any b'fast item through April 30th.

If You Must Eat Subway: You might as well get a discount right? Today on KGB deals you get $5 at Subway for $1. Plus they've extended the Cafe Metro deal until 3pm today ($3 for a $10 gift certificate.) Lest you think KGB is the king of crappy lunch, they redeem themselves with a 66% off deal at Holey Cream doughnuts.

70% off Cafe Metro: You know how we feel about the Cafe Metro (aka the king of the generic deli) but when 70% off is involved the cheapskate in us takes over.  Today only on KGB Deals you can get a $10 Cafe Metro gift certificate for $3. PJ Clarke’s Screws up Their Burger?: PJ Clarke's (on 3rd & 55th) has always been a bit too expensive to be considered a real Midtown Lunch, but it has its fans... and if you count yourself among them you will be bummed to hear that according to A Hamburger Today they have changed their burger, and it's not an improvement.

Waffles, Sweets, and Dumplings Oh My!: A quick look at the ML Twitter Tracker today... NYC Cravings is still in the shop, but Street Sweets is on 50th, Rickshaw is on 52nd, and Wafels and Dinges is also on 52nd after a clash (?) with the Papa Perrone Truck.

Food Cart GPS Tracking?: Road Stoves, an L.A. based food truck rental company, is releasing an iPhone app that will track food trucks using GPS technology instead of twitter. It's only in L.A. right now, but they're talking about rolling it out elsewhere.  Yes please!  Especially if you can get frequently missing carts like Carnegie John's to sign up. Free Cupcake Alert: According to this, the Cupcake Stop Truck is doing some sort of event on 46th btw. 5+6th today with Dress Barn (!?)  Why do we care?  Free strawberry minis from 12:30pm to 2:30pm, that's why! Check their twitter account or the ML Twitter Tracker to confirm before heading out.

Italian Ice Alert: In case you missed it this morning on the ML Twitter Tracker... it's not the best day for it, but Italian ices are back at the Papa Perrone Truck (on 55th btw. Park+Mad).  And if he's carrying the same brand he did last year that means Uncle Louie G has returned to Midtown!
