More Twitter Fun
From Profiled Midtown Lunch’er and New York Times writer Jennifer 8. Lee’s twitter: “did i just pay $14.09 for a burger and fries at schnippers in the nytimes byuilding? yes fancy burger and sweet potato fries, but still (!)” And the worst part is, you couldn’t even order it medium rare.

Yup, did the same last week. Only doing it once, and I didn’t tell anyone how much it cost. Silent shame.

twitter is probably the only thing written about on ML that is more annoying than gay superman

I was there for lunch yesterday. For $14.09 you must have gotten something other than a cheeseburger. Yeah, they have $9 burgers on their menu but they have a lot of stuff on them like blue cheese and bacon. Should those be $5? And come on – do you really expect to pay the same for sweet potato fries as regular ones? I had a cheeseburger and fries for under $10 and it was awesome. The shack stack with cheese fries would also be like $14 but it’s not a rip-off. I think this place isn’t cheap but you get what you pay for.
