Free Cheesesteaks are Good I guess?


This makes no sense, but free is good, so lets go with it, especially with the week I am having. Apparently tomorrow (Wednesday) at noon, Tidy Cats (yea, what your cats pee into) are giving free cheesesteaks to the first 100 customers at both Geno’s and Pat’s. So, there’s that… meow

Free Lunch at Reading Terminal this Wednesday

Can you believe my favorite spot in the City, Reading Terminal, has been around for 120 years? She is sure aging well. In honor of the anniversary, tomorrow (Wednesday) lunchers can receive $10 towards their meal at over 30 participating venders via Level Up from 11-4pm (Unfortunately, you need a smart phone for this deal).

And if you are new to Level Up (basically an app that allows you to pay by plugging in your card info. To pay, you place your phone next to the merchant’s phone and you are done)… you can do me the favor of using my referral code so I can get some cashhhh to spend on more lunches that I can report back on. Currently the host of Food Network’s Chopped, he as written a cook book called “The Food You Want to Eat: 100 Smart, Simple Recipes.” The people at Robert Mondavi Wine are offering Midtown Lunch readers a package with the cookbook, along with a keychain, water bottle, and an apron. This deal is to highlight the Robert Mondavi Discover Wine Tour, which is wrapping up outside of Philly this weekend at the Food and Wine Festival in Valley Forge.
