Misora Express Bento Revisit

2 summers ago I was very impressed at the quality and bounty of food provided in the bento box from Misora Express, centrally located on 15th and Chestnut Street. The beef negamaki and piles of side dishes made an excellent lunch package for under $10. I revisited Misora to see if the sushi based bentos were similarly appealing.

Like my first bento, this one came with white rice, miso soup, a salad, seaweed salad, edamame, one dumpling, 3 California roll pieces, and jopchae (the sesame glass noodles).  I ate the dumpling first, while it was hot (pro move). The dumpling and noodles were my favorite  accompaniments this time.  Unfortunately, the main component of the bento-  a tuna roll in 6 pieces, was pretty lackluster. So learn from my choices, guys- do go to Misora, do get the negamaki bento and enjoy all the stuff that comes with it, do not get the sushi. There you have it.
