Choose the Veggie Burger over the Beef at Burger.org

Burger.org serves organic and kosher burgers on South Street in a bright, modern setting. Haters of beef will be please to find that veggie, chicken, turkey, and fish burgers are also on the menu. The base price for each burger, regardless of what died to make it, is $6.95. The prices go up from there with the toppings you choose.

Unfortunately the beef patty was a little on the dry side, the small side, and the gristly side. This was not a burger that I would recommend. I would rather spend less money and go for Five Guys.

The veggie burger was far better. The patty is made up of spinach, corn, carrots, and peas. It had a fresh flavor and the spicy sauce on the table made it even tastier. I enjoyed the texture, though there were peas that were still whole instead of blended in. The brioche bun works better here than with the regular burger. I added avocado, but I totally should have also added grilled pastrami. That would have been sick. Cheaper than the one at National Mechanics, but there are no fries on the side here and it is still not a great deal at almost $8.

Has anyone tried the schnitzel here? I would only make a return trip to Burger.org if I hear a good report about it.
