I’m glad that X’ian Famous Foods are doing so well, but isn’t the business trying to spread themselves too thin so quickly? It was first lauded for its no-frill eating experience (a tiny stall in the basement of the then unknown Flushing mall, until Bourdain came along), but it’s I find it very corporate-liked. Like a mass produced operation.
