Chubby Porky Starts Today
Just a friendly reminder in case you missed it last week… Cer Te‘s June sandwich of the month debuts today (on 55th btw. 5+6th). It’s called the Chubby Porky and features crisped beer & soy braised pork belly with watercress, scallion, and sweet sesame sauce on a toasted brioche. It’s $8.95 and you can get a sneak peak at it here.

It’s an interesting sandwich. Fatty and interesting flavors. It’s definitely different and worth trying.
