Midtown Lunch

Last week we reported that Chiyoda Sushi’s replacement Mai Cuisine had opened on 41st btw. Mad+5th, but according to Grub Street the “official” grand opening was yesterday. They also noted that one of the chefs used to work under Iron Chef Morimoto, and Mai is owned by the company who supplies all the sushi to Whole Foods (is that a good thing or bad thing?)
