And yet another reason to avoid generic Midtown delis… the Wall Street Journal reports that a number of Midtown spots (like Cafe Metro and Bocca) are hoping to avoid getting bad letter grades from the DOH by keeping their prepared foods super super cold- leading to complains from some lunchers.  Nice.
