Ethiopian Lunch?
Here’s something we’ve never really mentioned on the site… if you like Ethiopian food, and don’t mind lunching out of bounds, Meskerem (on 47th btw. 9+10th) does lunch specials that are all under $10.

you can also get Meals Rejected by Ethiopia (MRE) lunches for under $10 online.
I went to this place like 7 years ago. It was during the summer. I saw the biggest dragon flies I’ve ever seen INSIDE the restaurant, and there were lots of them. I don’t know what that’s all about. I wonder if it’s still happening.
