Al Bustan
Ever wonder about that place Al Bustan? The long shuttered upscale Lebanese restaurant next to the Taco Bell Express and Ess a Bagel on 3rd Ave. btw. 50+51st? (I always did…) Apparently they moved to 53rd St. btw. 1+2nd, and were just reviewed in Time Out New York.

I’ve read very good things but have yet to try it. I’ve heard this was the place to get Kibbeh Nayyeh, a raw lamb dish, in Manhattan.
