Kinako Soft Serve Alert

I don’t think I’ve ever had kinako (soybean powder) in any form- but according to Kathy YL Chan, Cafe Zaiya on 41st btw. Mad+5th is now serving kinako soft serve… and I will take her word for it that this is exciting news!  I guess we’ll need her to update her food porn guide to Cafe Zaiya.

    They were out of it yesterday…=(
    so I ordered green tea shaved ice istead which wasn’t that good.

    I tried it and really liked it! Liked the black sesame better, but both flavors are good.
