If you want to eat at Kwik Meal this weekend, you’ll have to head to Governor’s Island for the “City of Water Day” festival.  The event will feature past Vendy Award winners and finalists, including Fauzia’s Delights, the King of Falafel, Dosa Man, Sammy’s Halal, Kwik Meal, and the Arepa Lady (In a rare daytime appearance!) Plus the Street Vendor Project will have an info table, and if you buy your Vendy Awards ticket from them at the event you’ll get a free 2009 Vendy Awards poster.
