Biryani Confirmation
The Trini Paki Boys cart is planning on having biryani every single day this week. Today’s flavor: goat! Awww yeah. (Dahi bala fans will have to wait until Thursday though. The Pakistani snack is a ton of work, and is still a one day a week a special.)

Actually, I am one of the folks who perceive the taste of cilantro/coriander as soap-ish. A small but significant minority of us, and apparently it is a genetic link. weird.

That is interesting regarding cilantro—my mother and sister despise it as well…My dad and brother don’t mind it so much.

I got my goat biryani! Tasty, but line is fucking long, almost to corner. Got to make fun of a vegetarian who was also in the line.
