More Mobile Sweets Action
The Vendy Awards are just 2 days away, and yesterday AMNY did a feature on the four dessert nominees (The Treats Truck, Dessert Truck, Wafels and Dinges, and Van Leuewen Ice Cream), three of which park in Midtown during lunchtime. There’s also a Treats Truck recipe for those who want to make Cran-Almond squares at home.

Yes, it is and has always been the pretty much the same. Recently the building changed corporate catering companies, slapped a new coat of paint on the walls and re-branded the former Outpost as the V-Stop. Although the prices are fair, the food remains mediocre. Don’t bother going out of your way to get here. The V-Stop is simply a cheap and somewhat reliable option for those working in the building and looking to score some lunch on the quick & cheap.
We need a Vendys open thread…
