Buy One Get One Free Cookie: If you've been meaning to try Schmackery's, the coffee and cookie story on 45th btw. 8+9th, here's a good reason to finally do it.  Google Offers has a deal for buy one get one free cookies.  No word on whether on whether or not that counts the schmackeroons.

Fatburger Opens Today on 3rd Ave.: It may not be the west coast burger chain that Midtown Lunchers have been hoping for, but we'll take it!  Fatburger returns to New York City today on 3rd Ave and 34th Street courtesy of Riese. Eater has your first look inside, plus a shot of the menu. Early adopters let us know how it is in the comments...

Fatburger is Coming Back to NYC on Tuesday: Big news for anyone who's just tired of Five Guys' chain-burger dominion over the area! Cali's famous Fatburger is bringing back a location to NYC for the first time since the 90s. Opening next Tuesday (the 11th) at 509 3rd Ave (At 34th St.) those of us on the west side we'll be convincing ourselves the Citibike ride there and back will be enough to assuage our guilty, burgery conscience.

Free Ice Cream Sandwich Reminder: Just a friendly reminder... starting at 1pm today Coolhaus will be roaming the streets of Midtown along with Bon Appetit giving away free ice cream sandwiches.  The first stop is supposed to be somewhere near 52nd & Broadway, but you'll want to follow along @coolhausny or @bonappetit to be sure.  They'll be out and about until 5pm.

Maoz Vegetarian Deal: Falafel fans, you'll like this. Google offers has a Maoz Vegetarian deal for a free drink when you spend over $5, which I suspect would be difficult to avoid, anyway. Especially if you add their awesome Belgian fries to your order. Which you should.

Bluth’s Frozen Banana Stand Is in Times Square Today: The final location of the Bluth's Frozen Banana Stand has been announced and it's in front of the Marriott Marquis in Times Square btw 45+46th.  Get your free frozen banana today from 11am to 5pm, and if you happen to be wearing cut off shorts (and you're one of the first 8 dozen people to show up in them) you will get a special prize.

Phil’s Steaks’ Lil Jawn Hits Streets: Phil's Steaks' second truck, Lil Jawn, hit streets earlier this week without its wrapping, but today the truck makes its debut all dolled up. The 2012 Vendy winners for Rookie of the Year had it rough last month when their original truck was in an accident, so we're very happy to see these guys back on the streets. According to their twitter account they'll be on 52nd & 6th but you can check the ML twitter tracker before heading out!
