Available are bags of hickory smoked shelled nuts, salted nuts, and large samples of Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oats and Peanut Butter & Co. Rock Center Blue Bottle to Open This Morning: The wait is finally over. San Francisco’s celebrated Blue Bottle Coffee in Rock Center is opening this morning. According to their twitter post last night they should be opening right now. Blue Bottle is fairly hidden in the concourse. For Rock Center vets it's in the old UPS location right near 'wichcraft. For all others, head towards the Sea Grill and make a right. See you in line!

NY Mag Likes The Flatiron: This week, New York Magazine released its Best of New York issue and as usual, Midtown didn't get a lot of love (Don Antonio was lauded for its deep-fried montanara but that's it) but the Flatiron got some warm fuzzies. The Cannibal is said to have New York's best hot dog(!) and Eataly's rooftop beergarden La Birreria was touted as being among the best microbreweries in town. Out of price range Indian spot, Junoon also got the nod for best goat.

Congrats to Go Go Curry On Their 2nd Location: We'd like to extend a happy omedetou gozaimasu! (that's congratulations, for those of you who don't speak Japanese) to Midtown Lunch institution Go Go Curry. They will be opening a second location at 231 Thompson (btw. West 3rd & Bleecker) on March 15. It's nowhere near Midtown, but we're still thrilled for them- and there is one perk for MLers. To celebrate the new store, the original location (on 38th btw. 7+8th) will give away 5 topping coupons on March 15th as well.

Kati Roll Opening Pushed Back to Tomorrow: A little bit of bad news for Kati Roll fans on the east side... the new location of Kati Roll (on 53rd btw. 2+3rd), which was supposed to open today, will not open until tomorrow due to some last minute setbacks.
