Food Trucks Turn to Catering and Corporate Gigs
Yesterday’s WSJ Online had an interesting article about a side of the food truck business we’re seeing more and more of these days: catering and corporate gigs. Stats are thrown around, and there are plenty of great quotes from Sweetery, Wafels & Dinges, and more, but the gist is that food trucks are relying more and more on corporate gigs, catering, and marketing dollars to be profitable.
