The space is pretty big, so I am hoping for a DSW or large book store. Just not another large mega-restaurant.

What I don’t understand is tourists who visit NYC and eat at Red Lobster or Ruby Tuesday, Friday or whatever those large chains.

Fortunately or unfortunately, it probably can become a Target.
If it becomes a Cheesecake Factory, they’ll probably do mega-business. -

And I wouldn’t mind Grand Lux Cafe over Cheesecake Factory which are sister rests.

I remember when there used to be a big Nathan’s on the other corner (where the NASDAQ is now) that had a raw bar and probably also served chow mein sandwiches — plus pinball machines in the basement. That’s what Times Square needs.

Long before it was a Nathan’s, it was Toffenetti’s Restaurant. My Grandparents used to tell me tales of travelling into Manhattan from Coney Island once a year to eat there.
