Hello Pistachio Eclair!
I haven’t had a chance to check out either of the two new Financier Patisserie locations (there is now one in Grand Central, and another in the walkway beneath the Fox News Building) but this might speed things up… a pistachio eclair, filled with pistachio cream. Oh my.

I had one on Friday too in Grand Central after a semi-long work week, no cash to buy my street meats so I grabbed dessert here instead. It was a sweet pastry. I liked their coffee too. Good treat before the gym. ZzZzZ.
And if you walk by the Fox “news” one at around 6:15, you have a good shot at seeing Sheppard Smith smoking a cigarette outside the studio.
