This is Just Wrong
Here in NYC a business just calls the cops when they want to get rid of a street vendor. In LA, it looks like they get a bit more creative.

agreed… planters was a whole new level of crazy, anyone can put up a sign, i can go put up a sign… i cant go and get planters 2 feet tall, one and a half feet wide, with plants in them, and seal them to the cement
Dunno ’bout that….I think hauling in freaking huge fake sidewalk planters is way more creative than a couplea signs.
