BREAKING: Wafels & Dinges Truck In Midtown Until 4pm
This just in from the comments: “Just saw the truck outside 46th St. court yard pavilion between 5th and 6th. It’s the actual W&D’s truck. It’s parked right across from the entrance to the Super 8 Motel on 46th, where the scaffolding for the construction was taken down last week.” Call to the truck confirms they’ll be there until 4pm and if you use the word of the day (“ensconsed”) you’ll get one free topping.

NO! NO! NO! I just FINISHED my Liege w/ Chocolate Fudge drizzle (yum.) to find out I could have had a free topping?
Needless to say, I saw oogled on my walk back to work on 45th with my waffle in hand, 2 people even asked me about it in my elevator, and as well some heads turned in the office. It was quite a good lunch to bad he isn’t around for the mornings…
I also didn’t dare walk near the Treats Truck on my way back to work, It’s like being seen by your old girlfriend when your on a first date with another girl… Could have been awkward.
