More From the Midtown NYC Kwik E Mart

The 7-11 turned Kwik E Mart on 42nd btw. 8+9th was pandemonium yesterday afternoon around 7pm.  They had already run out of Krusty O’s (a new shipment is coming in today), and there were no pink donuts to be had, but there was plenty of Buzz Cola and the Squishee machine didn’t seem to be having any problems.  I did however notice a big problem with this sign:

It was the lunch lady who said “Rich in bunly goodness”, when Lisa asks for a Vegetarian option in the school cafeteria, not Apu in the Kwik E Mart.  Yes I am a nerd.  So much so, that I was giddy over these pictures:

  My girlfriend was beyond ecstatic about the Kwik-E-Mart…good stuff.

  Now…big question…when does someone turn a bar in the city into the Drunken Clam???

  You better act fast if you want to stock up on eBay items at the Kwik-E-Mart in LA (on Venice, East of the 405). They’re already out of Krusty-Os, tofu dogs, and Buzz cola, but there’s a new shipment coming in on Wednesday according to the local Apu. Even still, there was a line out the door at 9pm on a Monday night – they actually needed a security guard to manage the crowd. I figure the new items will perfectly complement my yellow Simpsons grill which is rising in value every day I wait to put it up on eBay.
