PROFILE: Midtown Lunch’er “Enoch”

Every Tuesday we turn over the site to a different Midtown Lunch’er for his or her recommendations for the best lunch in Midtown. This week it’s Enoch, a Finanacial technology analyst who- and I’m not sure about this, but I’m willing to go out on a limb and say- I think likes bacon.

Name: Enoch

Age: 27

Occupation: Financial Technology Analyst (and Blogger)

Where in Midtown do you work? Midtown East (45th and Lex)

Favorite Kind of Food: Bacon. Bacon. Bacon. Oh, and steak.

Least Favorite Kind of Food: Anything green

Favorite Place(s) to Eat Lunch in Midtown: A slice of Chicken Chipotle and a Grandma’s at Little Italy Pizza (on 43rd btw. Mad+5th). Lamb burger with Belgian fries at The Bistro Truck. Spicy Hakata Ramen with an egg at Hide-Chan (on 52nd btw. 2+3rd)

“Go-To” Lunch Place You and Your Coworkers Eat at Too Often? If all else fails, there’s always Silo Café (on 3rd btw. 49+50th)

If you could work anywhere (just because of the lunch) where would it be and why? Definitely Spain. Where else can you eat delicious food, take a nap, and still have another hour to kill?

Anything you’d like to ask the midtown lunch readers? When can bacon be classified as a vegetable?

Uh…not really sure to answer that, except to say you might want to look for a time machine and go back to 2009, when bacon love was at its peak. Got an answer for Enoch? Put it in the comments.
