Snapshots: NYT Isn’t the Only One Who Hated Otarian
We never bothered checking out Otarian, the health conscious, eco-friendly shitshow fast food place on 8th Ave. and 56th that shuttered back in January. But The New York Times hated it, and apparently they weren’t the only ones. Ouch! Hope that won’t effect something better moving into the space…

Aw, c’mon, it’s amusing.
Agreed on the shitshow though. I went to the opening a year and a half ago. Aside from the glitz of the owner’s celebrity friends and the open bar, the menu was utterly pointless. (Want to really reduce your carbon footprint? Don’t eat beef at all!)

I don’t think they’re closed. Tried it out this past June and they’re still on Groupon Now.
