As we reminded you this morning, Dorie Greenspan’s Cookiebar opened this morning, and Serious Eats: New York has your first look at all its cookie goodness. One bit of good news? From the sounds of this, they’re way more prepared for the hoardes this year. (And expect to sell out until at least 5pm… although we’d still recommend checking their twitter.)

I went by. She was there herself which was pretty cool. I got two cookies which I can barely describe. They were both good.
