Unrelated, just got back from a trip to Georgia (country) and have developed a serious khinkali habit. Have you ever had this Georgian soup dumpling?

Tatar food of the Crimean is pretty similar to Uzbek, but Georgian is quite different and worth seeking out, though hard to find here. Maybe I’ll send you some pics if I can get things together.
