I Want Some Dirty Chicken (Sandwiches)
Eater reported yesterday that the boys have from Animal have set up an LLC called “Dirty Chicken” in advance of opening their 2nd spot. Apparently the new restaurant (or whatever it’s going to be) won’t actually be called Dirty Chicken, but I’m still holding out hope that they will serve those amazing Cart for a Cause fried chicken sandwiches from back in April.
