Midtown Lunch

I don’t know why all food giveaways seem to involve cupcakes, but here’s this: Starting at noon today the first 100 people in line at the CupCake Stop truck at Pier 17 and Fulton St. will get a free cupcake and T-shirt to celebrate its one-year anniversary. To add weirdness, apparently Pras from the Fugees (?!) will be on hand to announce a Haitian relief effort with the truck.
