Midtown Lunch

While checking out my Tivo last night, I was surprised and stoked to find that Monday’s Modern Marvels was all about food trucks. Ever wonder how the trucks are engineered, constructed and then wrapped in those colorful stickers we’ve all learned to spot here in Midtown?
