(putting ostrich burger on my list…)
Back in Oregon, a farmer friend of mine raised emus, but for some reason I never tried any. That was an inexplicable mistake.
In thirteen weeks, my work situation changes for the better, and I’ll be home here five days a week instead of the current just-on-weekends. Can’t wait to work my way down the list of new places to eat, now that I can finally afford it, and will soon have the time, again!
