    Looking forward to hitting Cheu a few times in about a month or so. I like their late(-ish) hours on Sundays, since that gives me a non-Shake Shack option for dinner after my twice-monthly, Sunday night trains home from NJ weekends with my daughter.

    I’m pretty sure I’ve never had an oyster in my life (or at least not one not in battered-and-fried form). I think I need to no longer be able to truthfully say that soon. Of course, before I get to that, I have to do some research on oysters, which I just realized I know pretty much nothing about.

    I’ve gotta finally try LOS and Spot Burger one of these years. Though maybe it would be easier if I were to set up a ‘Porch’ at Huntingdon or York-Dauphin. My El Burger idea will become reality one day!
